Short description

This is a 12 months acceleration program that will give you opportunity to be Sales Leader.

You will learn about product knowledge, salesman skill, territory management, distribution, distributor management, etc.

During your traineeship you will have combination of learning from class, field, coaching and mentoring from FFI’s best sales leaders.

Job description

Being a Sales Trainee unleashes your potential and give you excited journey to shape your negotiation, build relationship with customer and consumer, master the business and distribution process, mentored by FFI Sales Leaders & travel all around Indonesia

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in any major, GPA min 3.0 out of 4.
  • Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years’ experiences.
  • Strong self-motivated to develop career in Sales division.
  • Have a good drive, high resilient, and good communication skill.
  • Can work as individual and as a team.
  • Data driven and have curiosity of sales  .
  • Have good learning agility and adaptable.
  • Excellent skill in Ms. Office (especially Ms. Excel) .
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willing to be placed in all cities in Indonesia.
  • Able to drive a car and have a valid driving license.
