Job description

  • Holistic understanding and review on Sales Data (i.e. POS Customer data, Sales Internal Data and Sales Support Internal Data (i.e. inventory, forecast, CWO, PICOS))

– Bring outside-IN. Holistic review and insight of customer POS data (B2B data), mainly from Minimarket as well as hyper-super channel to drive insight and business decision and strategy (promotion, sell-out, win-share).

– Draw linkage from various sales internal data. Bring trend understanding and driving insight as well as action from internal sales data insight for sales team right decision and strategy to win in the market. 

– Combine internal and external data. Drive holistic understanding and action from combining internal and external data.

– Manage both internal and external data to be able to provide ease of data gathering and understanding.  

  • Customer Project Leader

– Lead customer project, i.e. bad stock reduction project, customer immersion.

– Manage business requirement on the project, to include cost and support resource.

– Manage project delivery and project result with course correction. 

  • Plan (to include NPD performance) and promotion evaluation data support.  
  • Other project lead, i.e. service level improvement, zero ordering error,


Requirements :

  • Customer data understanding.
  • Sales relationship processes, i.e. logistic, product and money flows.
  • Complex data analysis and insight.
  • Innovative to find insight and solution.
  • Complex excel and simple statistic software.
  • Drive to learn new things.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, influential team player, able to work as team and Individual
  • 3 years’ of experience on the same field
