Job description 

Within FrieslandCampina we have on average sixteen different Milkstreams, such as Meadow Milk, Organic Milk, VLOG and Planet Proof. Recently we see an increase in market and consumer demand for more differentiation of Milkstreams and/or increasing demands within existing milkstreams.

 

This comes with an increasing complexity within the core processes of Cooperative Affairs.

 

The Melkstromen Manager will be the director within Cooperative Affairs and FrieslandCampina to manage this increasing complexity.

As Melkstromen Manager you will be responsible for a timely, efficient and effectively management of all non-standard milkstreams in such a way that quality and volumes are guaranteed in line with Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP) and business strategies, member farmers, business- and dairy sector stakeholders are fully aligned and all financial processes in relation to non-standard milkstreams are managed in a correct and orderly way.

 

Job requirements

As Melkstromen Manager you are the linking pin between Cooperative Affairs departments, member Farmers, Commercial departments of FrieslandCampina and Dairy sector partners. You are a true team-player and networker. You keep the overview, but do not miss out on details. Making plans, setting ambitious targets and executing according to plan are within your DNA. The perfect candidate has knowledge of the dairy sector, sustainable dairy farming, Milk Quality Control including certification processes, Milk Logistics and Milk payment processes.
