Incumbent responsibilities, but not limited to:
+ Develop key market and customer insights to stay ahead of segment market development.
+ Develop product and product concept Value Propositions for segment
+ Conduct and evaluate external research, analyzes trends, and report findings to team
+ Partner with Sales/Marketing/R&D Teams to support product launches
+ Utilize Digital Marketing Techniques to promote products/brands, create preference, engage customers and increase sales
Knowledge and Demonstrated capabilities:
+ Prefer Masters degree in Food Science or a combination of Marketing and Food Science
+ 6 plus years of relevant marketing and U.S. product knowledge in the Performance Nutrition (PN), Early life, Food and Beverage markets.
+ Research, analyze and report on market and consumer trends of key customers
+ Effective use of digital marketing techniques (email blasts, social media and other venues/outlets)+ Build a compelling story that engages and inspires consumers/customers to use our trusted brands/ingredients
+ Result oriented, creative, proven problem solving and vertical probing capabilities, along with superior analytical and influencing skills
+ Creative, Engaged, Energized, Curious and High Learning Agility

To be a successful in this position candidate will possess 6 to 8 years of direct experience along with advanced education in Marketing or Communications, Master’s degree preferred.
