Job description

A key element of success in this role is embracing/ modeling and utilizing new ways of working (eg Agile/ Scrum) to drive business results. You will put your strategy to work thru agile initiatives (eg Micro-battles, Milkubators) in close cooperation with the opco teams. You will work in a cross functional team and are the spider in the web to connect with experts and key pieces for success.


In this role you are responsible for driving regional strategy and cross country projects with scale in order to enable our fighting units to win in the market.


About the department

The consumer dairy global commercial team is set up to drive scale and develop capabilities with and for our local markets, this is organized around the main consumer needs / benefits that we fulfill with our brands. The team is partly located in Amersfoort and partly in Singapore. 

One of the 3 global benefit platforms is “Family Nutrition”; the largest and fastest growing part of global dairy consumption and core to FrieslandCampina’s purpose led vision. This position will play a critical role in advancing our Family Nutrition portfolio globally


About Business Group Consumer Dairy 

FrieslandCampina Consumer Dairy is the business group responsible for producing, marketing and selling consumer dairy product around the globe. FrieslandCampina has an on ground presence with strong local brands in more than 25 markets, focusing on Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia. 



To be successful in this position you are/have: 

  • University degree with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in marketing
  • Brand / portfolio strategy development and planning
  • Integrated Analytics and Insights
  • Financial acumen: brand, portfolio and project profitability
  • Strong track record specifically with regards to strategy development and innovation
  • Excellent communications skills and stakeholder management
  • Team player
  • Embrace interdependency / Seeks connection
  • Strategically sound, experienced in driving innovation and/or other complex projects
  • Strong innovation and entrepreneurial acumen with a bias for action and a “can do” attitude
