Job description


  • Accountable for the safety, compliance and quality of products delivered by CESEE plants
  • Planning and implementation of the Royal FC food law and quality program
  • Coach and evaluate plant quality managers in planning and execution to meet compliance & quality standards
  • Accountable for continuous quality improvement in the CESEE plants in anticipation of strategic investments and procurement projects
  • Ensuring a high level of service and quality at competitive costs
  • Improve and develop quality culture in the plants
  • Ensuring reporting, problem solving and an adequate quality management system
  • Active role in the further development of the quality agenda and its implementation and participation in audits, training courses and reviews
  • Accountable for smooth, on-time product launches and high quality for plant CapEx      projects
  • Ensuring change management of CESEE plants and projects, by developing and implementing a way of working to keep the system up to date and well known by all relevant users
  • Accountable for accuracy, speed, compliance and safety of the analytical services provided to the plants and the implementation of new laboratory standards, methods and services
  • Strong collaboration, sharing and allignment with other business groups and Cluster Quality Managers
  • Responsible for talent promotion including succession planning



  • Studies, preferably in the area of food technology, ecotrophology or food chemistry
  • Over 7 years of professional experience in quality assurance/- management
  • Relevante audit- experience
  • In depth knowledge of QA systems (FSSC 22000, IFS Food, ISO), in theory and in implementation
  • Dairy competence, ideally experience with chilled/ambient/condensed
  • Proactive mindset, resilience, initiative
  • Dynamic, drive, decision making
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Persuasiveres and problem- solving
  • Fluent in English and one other language
  • High willingness to travel
