Job description

  • Ensure and increase legal compliance within the organization.
  • Prepare and implement program, policies and documents to increase compliance
  • Contract drafting and negotiation
  • improve legal protection to the company through water tight contracts.
  • Manage litigation and relation with external consultants (Notary, lawyers) and legal profession associations

Requirements :

  • Bachelor of Law from reputable university
  • Hold advocate license
  • 3 years’ experience in similar position
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills 
  • Good presentation skill
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure 
  • Excellent time management skills 
  • Problem solving oriented 
  • Analytical skills 
  • Ability to work in team as well as independently
