The traineeship selection procedure starts twice a year. The application for the Traineeship starting in September 2019 will open on March 4th until April 21st 2019.
The selection process for the FrieslandCampina Corporate Traineeship consists of four different components. It’s considered a tough yet valuable experience by candidates.
1st round: CV check
If you think you are the perfect FrieslandCampina Corporate Trainee, we would like to invite you to register on the discipline within the traineeship you wish to apply for by uploading your CV. Check our frequently asked questions.
2nd round: E-assessment and motivation video
If you have been pre-selected on the strength of your CV , you will be sent a digital assessment which evaluates various skills and abilities. This is done by means of capacity tests (numerical, verbal and inductive skills), a personality questionnaire and a motivation-based questionnaire. Also we would like to invite you to record a motivation for the specific track you applied for and why we should ask you to become our new trainee.
3th round: Selection day
If you are one of the top candidates who successfully passed all rounds, you will be invited to attend the final selection day at the Central Office. You will be interviewed by our business who will discuss your motivation, you will have a reflection interview based on your e-assessment, do a role play with an actor and complete a group assignment. On top of that, you will meet our current trainees and you will be given more information about the content of our trainee program. This is of course also a chance for you to assess us. A few days after the selection day, you will be personally notified as to whether you have been selected for our FrieslandCampina Corporate Traineeship.
The final selection day for the discipline Supply Chain & Operations and Technology will take place on Wednesday May 22nd 2019.
