Trainee profile

  • Completed Master’s degree in Business Economics or Business Administration;
  • Affinity with Commercial and FMCG;
  • Work or internship experience in the field of Sales/Marketing is an advantage;
  • Key competencies: analytical skills, enterprising spirit, creativeness, decisiveness, focus on deliverables, persuasiveness, leadership, teamwork skills, good communication skills at different levels;
  • International focus and mobility;
  • International internship/work or travel experience is an advantage;
  • Less than two years’ work experience;
  • Fluent in English.

Project Manager Business Development, Business Group Ingredients (Amersfoort)
The department is responsible for the acquisitions/joint ventures for the Business Group Ingredients. You work closely with the team on a lot of subjects. For example Project Milk Tree: You will work together with R&D, GIM, Finance and MVA to produce a complete quantification of milk and whey processing. This is an essential tool for all those working in Ingredients.

B2B Marketing Project Manager at DMV Business Group Ingredients (Veghel)
As B2B marketing project manager at DMV, you will become in the lead of a project designed to increase awareness around the value of the milk protein casein.  As project manager you need to lead and coordinate the different work streams, which all contribute to the goal of increased demand and value for casein ate. For example there is a team responsible for the creation of the scientifically supported content and there are other teams responsible for the communication and translation of this information via e.g. webinars, seminars or publications. You will get to learn how marketing works in a B2B environment, how to lead different teams and people towards the same goal, how to communicate and plan. Furthermore you will assist the rest of the marketing and sales team with different kind of projects.

Trade Marketeer Retail Cheese Belgium (Amersfoort)
As a Trade Marketeer Retail Cheese Belgium you will build to the growth of the product category cheese, together with the Belgium commercial team. You develop the cheese category strategy by consumer, shopper and retail insight and to seek for opportunities in the market. You translate this strategy into a customer development plan. You will develop an action plan together with sales and the retailer. Examples of these actions are improving a store or shelf layout, product and packaging innovations or deploying activations in the stores.

Shopper Markteting – Activation Specialist (Amersfoort)
As activation specialist within the department Shopper Marketing it is your responsibility to ensure that a certain category grows at Dutch retailers by activating shoppers on the shopping floor. You could think of saving actions, win promotions or moments of inspirations. You work together with multidisciplinary groups: Marketing, Sales and Category Development. In these groups you discuss the goal of a brand or production category. With the input of marketing about the brand values of the brand, the input of sales about the possibilities and the wishes of the retailer, you make a plan to ensure that the shoppers are convinced to buy more or more often your product category. The implementation of this plan is your responsibility: talking to advertising agencies about the artwork and placing production materials on the shop floor.
