Responsible for Team Record to Report Intercompany, reports to the Manager Record to Report. The RtR IC team (14 FTE) is divided in 3 clusters; Intercompany Reconciliation, Intercompany Billing and Projects & Staff. The purpose of the role is to manage operational processes in line with internal and external legislation and Service Level Agreements with internal customers and to manage and implement changes in operational processes. The use of Continuous Improvement / LEAN, KPI’s/OPI’s, visual management is key to improve processes.
Your main accountabilities and responsibilities are:
People Management to lead, coach and develop employees;
Timely, correct and complete closing in SAP and HFM for Corporate departments;
Timely, correct and complete Intercompany Reconciliation with all FrieslandCampina parties;
Timely, correct and complete Intercompany billing (non product related);
Standardize and optimize processes continuously;
Take part in change projects and implement changes;
Monitor compliance to accounting standards, ICF and fiscal requirements.
Complexity within the processes is in:
Complex (international) organization structure within SAP;
Continuous changes of environment (e.g. organization changes, fiscal changes, new requirements, regulation, internal controls);
Multiple application platforms and ICT solutions;
Multiple internal customers and multiple business disciplines;
High number of (sub) administrations.

To be a successful in this position, you are/have:
Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting;
More than 6 year of work experience;
Preferably knowledge of IFRS, SAP (ECC and BW) and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM);
Strong People Management skills;
Excellent Dutch and English language skills;
Continuous Improvement / LEAN skills;
Excellent communication / alignment skills;
Change management and consultancy skills;
Accountable; Results-oriented; Service-minded; Team player.
