The Sourcing Managers, CAPEX are responsible for purchasing, processing, packaging, automation, civil engineering services, HVAC equipment and all other machinery/ installation services. This team managers vendor performance issues, complaints or escalations while supporting project teams who directly engage with the vendor and business stakeholder(s) to resolve.
These positions act as a single point of contact for an assigned FrieslandCampina location to establish and maintain direct interfaces with the relevant project/engineering teams, while maintaining close relationships with other procurement category roles.
The CAPEX portfolio is complex due to its large number and variety of technologies and local needs, as well as vast amount of suppliers. This sourcing project positions in addition to delivering Capex projects will coordinate with the category globally leads, ensuring preferred vendors are selected for tenders, while driving the assessment of suppliers in conjunction with technical project team.
The ideal candidate will create strong internal and external business stakeholder relationships while assisting with the delivering of breakthrough changes in sourcing strategies.
