Short description

P&R works closely with other Finance functions (Customer Finance, Category Finance, Supply Chain Finance) to consolidate and gain an understanding on full business performance. Overall results are discussed with Management, and Management reporting is being prepared.


P&R is responsible for reporting to Bursa. Numbers are prepared by FSSC, and reviewed by P&R, so understanding of MFRS is required.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Be responsible for management and statutory reporting by working closely with FSSC and auditors on closing and reporting. Specifically, P&R owns the planning and reporting calendar and drive the reporting and forecasting process. As the organization is a listed company this also includes supporting Bursa reporting and BOD presentations.   This position is to contribute to the business growth strategies by planning and coordinating, improving and implementing critical financial processes and procedures.


To be a successful in this position, you are/have:

    1. Education, qualification and training


    • Professional Accounting qualification and/or Degree in Finance.



    1. Experience and Professional Knowledge


    • At least eight years working experience, with five in a fast-moving consumer goods
    • Has a good understanding of the Malaysia Retail market
    • Interpret trends and changes in business dynamics / development and recommend appropriate actions for considerations
    • Preferable has worked in a Bursa listed company before and understand the requirements.
