The Paramus, NJ, Regional Sales Office has a vacancy for a Marketing Specialist.  The Marketing Specialist will implement and align a global marketing strategy by segment, at the regional level, to accelerate growth. The focus will be on new product launches, develop a media communications plan that builds a compelling story,  engages the customer by utilizing digital marketing techniques to promote products and brands to increase sales. In addition, emphasis will be on developing more consumer insights and making sure that our innovations align with our customer value drivers.

To be successful, the incumbent must possess both tactical and strategic capabilities; be proactive, engaged, energized and curious about the (dairy) ingredient trends, segments and customers; results oriented while delivering quality output on time; capable of researching and analyzing regional performance and active nutrition markets and consumer trends and developing a road map to improved branding; possess a keen understanding of the Performance Nutrition (PN), Early life, Food and Beverage markets (with primary focus on PN); demonstrate effective use of (digital ) marketing communication techniques; experience developing product value propositions; ability to influence and lead teams and/or projects; manage and lead trade shows and events

Requirements

 

To be a successful in this position:

 

Possess 6 to 8 years of direct experience along with advanced education in Marketing or Communications, Masters degree preferred.
