Short description

The HR-IT Service Line drives the HR-IT innovation and technology roadmap at Frieslandcampina. IT supports the global HR function as functional disciple and the business at large in achieving its route 2020 strategy - by way of implementing top of range/market leading services & solutions and driving continuous improvement of the HR technology landscape, ultimately advancing HR Global Processes (notably Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Training , Talent Management & Development, Compensation, Core HR). The HR-IT Service Line leader is expected to stay ahead of the curve from a technology standpoint, fostering successful project implementation, as well as developing the capabilities required for the ever-evolving and distinguished role of technology in the HR spectrum.


In addition to the above the HR-IT Service Line leader has client management responsibilities towards Corporate HR as well the HR NL organization.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

In this position, you will be responsible for:
•Subject matter expert in HR-IT;
•Department OGSM and delivery of priorities listed in so-called JBP (Joint Business Plan);
•Responsible for HR-IT budget covering CAPEX and OPEX;
•Manages (virtual) team with a/o direct reports situated offshore (10+ FTEs);
•Drives continuous improvement in ITIL processes established around HR global application landscape;
•Serves as business partner to address IT related matters and issues; first point of escalation;
•Influence and secure senior management commitment for funding, staffing, and governance;
•Acts as consultant towards HR LeadTeam for latest advances and trends (brings industry best practices) on IT;
•HR-IT portfolio management – creates transparency for stakeholders (inside and outside IT) across the HR-IT portfolio landscape;
•Product management SAP SuccessFactor – adopt standardized criteria and process for HR-IT project intake and priority;
•Change Management and communication: drives change management and communication planning to foster business benefits on HR-IT innovation;

•Bridges project implementation and operational activities.

To be a successful in this position, you are/have:

•Senior level Program and Project management

•Ability to work in dynamic environment

•Emotional intelligence – able to cope with demanding clients

•Good interpersonal skills. These skills include providing direction, communicating, assisting with problem solving, and dealing effectively with people in general; able to work well in diversity of cultures

•IT business analysis – ability to design/formulate processes in complex IT landscape with high degree of dependencies

•Financially literate

•Business case writing

•Good writing skills and comfortable presenting to senior leaders

•Ability to communicate directly with senior manager and influence to obtain buy-ins

•Academic working and thinking level

•5+ years relevant work experience
