Within DTA (Digital Technology & Analytics, - the global IT function), we’re looking for an enterprise architect to help shape the digital future for our businesses.

In this position, you will be providing technology leadership for a portfolio of business applications, technologies and services, incl. ERP’s, distributor management systems, cloud services and a data lake.

You will develop the roadmap for the portfolio, bring outside-in perspectives, engage business stakeholders & project leaders and deliver practical governance where it matters.

You will also be mentoring and coaching domain & solution architects and contributing to the further development of the overall enterprise architecture capability.

Job Description:

  • Lead the architecture capability within the global supply chain, finance, corporate & support functions, covering ERP systems, business applications, cloud services and digital technologies;

  • Deliver the strategy and roadmap for the domain and bring people on board across the organization;

  • Lead the definition of target architectures that best fits FrieslandCampina’s technology and business ambitions, incl. principles, standards, requirements and expert contributions;

  • Ensure that the EA related deliverables are socialized, published and understood by key stakeholders;

  • Guide and govern the architecture of key initiatives to ensure successful execution and realization of strategic benefits, incl. performing gate reviews or be engaged in specific sprints of agile project;

  • Evaluate technologies, components and services against existing and future needs. Ensure the integrity of the landscape;

  • Track digital and innovation trends and technologies;

  • Mentor and coach domain & solution architects.

Requirements

To be a successful in this position, you are/have:

  • Demonstrated leadership of an IT architecture in a large, global corporation with multiple business lines. Expertise in all areas of enterprise architecture;
  • International experienced, including engaging, aligning and managing people across multiple cultures and countries
  • A broad understanding of FMCG or Retail industry
  • Experienced with architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF), including the relationships between business, information, application and infrastructure & technology assets
  • Experienced in transition to cloud services (IAAS/PAAS, eg. AWS; SAAS, e.g. Salesforce.com) and digital technology foundations (e.g. API management, Big data)
  • Master’s degree
  • Demonstrated capabilities in defining and managing enterprise strategy and architectures
  • 8 years of senior IT managerial experience within a large, global corporation with multiple business lines (this can also be gained in management consulting roles)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
