In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Provide official training and OTJ training to teashop hunters nationwide; especiall for teashop hunters of newly open DT,
  • Perform perfect execution in converting competitor teashop to become a loyal customer of FrieslandCampina Myanmar and have a right step calling approach
  • Present tea / test with both owner and consumer in outlet
  • Support DSM in reviewing a routing plan for Teashop hunter; ensure that both current outlet and new outlet are well maintained
  • Scan outlet census and pre-visit key outlet for approaching
  • Support/help teashop hunters in converting key chains outlet which require more experience and deep understanding the tea making ritual and as well as understand in total teashop business

  • Develop /cross check the routing plan of teashop hunter whether it is effective or not

  • Combine and analyses data / coverage of teashop nationwide and collect complete information

To be a successful in this position, you are/have:

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in open trade channel
  • Good communication and presentation skills in both Englishand Myanamr
  • Computer Literacy
