Finance Shared Service Centre

Accounts Payable

Accounts Payable is responsible for the handling, recording and timely payments of 3rd party supplier expenditures and ensures compliance and accurate reporting of these processes.

Accounts Receivable

Accounts Receivable supports customer and finance teams to ensure timely cash collection and timely allocation of incoming cash to ensure clean financial ledgers and seamless customer deliveries, while managing financial credit risk on a daily base.

Record to Report

The Record to Report department provides in-house services in the field of Financial Accounting, Reporting and Taxation.

Procurement Shared Service Centre

The Procurement teams focus on optimizing quality and efficiency of the Operational Procurement processes. This allows for a higher level of service, more control (spend and policy compliancy) and increased customer focus. The Procurement teams manage sourcing requests, online catalogues, contract data and vendor data management.
