In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Support assigned plant/department in problem solving by facilitating and challenging to ensure thorough root-cause analysis conducted using the suitable standard methodology, preventive actions identified and implemented to prevent recurrence. Including capability development planning and execution
  • Support assigned plant/support department in adhering to Process Confirmation activity; identifying deviation to standard and closing gap whilst engaging and coaching shop-floor to achieve the right mindset and behavior

    Also manage the structured PC  tracking system to drive and maintain best in class standard as per PCM Roadmap

  • Support assigned plant/support department in completing and delivering WCOM R Projects (improvement projects) on time in full by applying Continuous Improvement methodology and tools, besides consistent follow up and documentation management

  • Perform periodic performance gap analysis to identify opportunities for improvement using various suitable analysis tool (Half Yearly Loss Model or similar methodology)
  • Attend Continuous Improvement (CI) Department Daily Review Meeting as per schedule and any other relevant meetings.
  • Produce necessary periodic performance report and analysis.


To be a successful in this position, you are/have:

  • A university degree in science, engineering, management, or any related discipline
  • Min 5 to 8 years of working experience preferably in manufacturing; preferably in Continuous Improvement or similar role/function
  • Experience working in Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma or TPM set up will be an added
  • Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization. Strong facilitation skills, confident communicator, both verbally and in writing with all levels of an organization and diverse audiences
  • Highly collaborative with a demonstrated ability to build strong, credible relationships and teams within all levels in the organization
