What will your job look like?

For our Business Group FrieslandCampina Consumer Dairy in Amersfoort, we have initiated a search for a Customer Finance Manager Consumer Dairy for the Dutch OpCo (CDNL). In this role you will report directly to the Finance Director and you are a member of Sales Management Team and Finance Team.


In this role you are responsible for:

  • Acting as a sparring partner for our sales teams, by analyzing, interpreting and advising on financial/sales data and results;
  • Being fully involved in tradespend analysis and month-close process, to make sure decisions are made based on the right figures;
  • Monitoring the business performance on the most relevant KPI’s;
  • Supporting Management Team and Sales teams with developing strategic plans, forecasts, and budget;
  • Supporting the S&OP cycle;
  • Participation in multidisciplinary (strategic) projects;
  • Coordination of budget and forecast cycles.
  • Coaching and developing the Sales Controllers (3 direct reports)


  • Master’s degree in Finance / (Financial) Controlling and additional education as RA/RC/CPA with minimum 8 years of relevant working experience;
  • Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint);
  • Experienced in SAP/BW/BI
  • Fluent in English and Dutch;
