Job description

Within our Global Family Nutrition team, we are looking for an ambitious Brand Manager with a hands-on mentality. In this role you will build experience in FMCG marketing at a global level, working with different markets across the world – Asia, Europe, Middle East and Africa. You will get direct responsibility within an international team of professional marketers. In this position, you will participate in key projects on the commercial agenda of FrieslandCampina and take accountability for your own responsibilities.


  • Contribute to the Global platform positioning strategy, and according communication and activation plans for the key brands of FrieslandCampina
  • Support local brand teams across the platform and beyond to build purpose-driven brands and consumer-led innovation roadmaps
  • Deliver inspiring Marketing Excellence tools to support marketers in their brand building journey
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure OTIF project delivery
  • Embed new ways of agile & lean working models via leading by example with your own projects
  • Manage the Global Family Nutrition community, by driving knowledge sharing forums (online & f2f), stakeholder engagement and leading the Family Nutrition Newsletter
  • Substantiate key projects with market, trends and competitive analysis
  • Manage relationships with external parties (advertising/research/branding agencies)
  • Support Senior Leadership in driving the global commercial agenda
  • Give full support to the team and the International Marketing Director & Manager in the day-by-day activities of the area

  • University Master education, preferable in marketing, economics or business administration
  • Relevant previous professional experience
  • Fluent in English and able to communicate effectively in an international environment
  • Highly interested in FMCG and marketing, passionate about creating brand vision
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive personality
  • Results driven and hands-on mentality, willing to help on diverse day-by-day activities of the area
  • Flexible, feels comfortable with change
  • Experienced in building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to work independently
  • Available 40 hours per week
