The core activities of the Business Development team are:
- Understand and assess the attractiveness and growth potential of category market combination(s), route to market analyses
- Run profitability assessment through value chain analyses, risk assessment and write-up analyses and conclusions in market strategy documents
- In addition, close collaboration with Marketing & Sales Manager, Global Category, Supply hubs, packaging and production locations
- Consequently, the continuous improvement of performance measurement of markets
