The business group supplies natural ingredients based on milk, cheese whey and vegetable raw materials to industrial customers in the infant nutrition branch, the food industry, the pharmaceutical industry and the young animal feed industry worldwide. The Ingredients business group has offices in 11 countries (Netherlands, Germany, United States of America, Indonesia, China, Singapore, Japan, Brazil, Egypt, New Zealand and India).The central office is located in Amersfoort

We provide safe, reliable milk powder, so that mothers can safely feed their babies. We serve the pharmaceutical market with lactose for the production of one of the most frequently used painkillers, paracetamol. Job description


In this position, you will be responsible for:


Responsible for providing the Sales Manager(s) with sufficient information and explanation regarding correct and complete quotation and contract management
Proactive processing of sales forecasts for a reliable demand plan and providing input for the budgeting process
Responsible for fulfilling customer agreements (contracts) for first-time-right deliveries (including after-sales service)
Providing commercial and administrative support to the Sales Managers to give a good insight into sales and other results and to promote a good relationship with the customer
Responsible for an optimal way of working with our internal customers (opco’s)
Preventing complaints and preventing occasional complaints to reoccur
Focus on continuous improvement of all sales support processes




To be successful in this position, you are/have:


HBO/WO (preferable in a commercial area)
3-4 years’ experience in customer services and in an international B2B environment
Fluently speaking German(must have) and English. Knowledge of French and Spanish are an advantage.
Managing complex set of relations in- and externally
A creative thinker with a pragmatic mindset and solution oriented
Customer oriented / can do mentality and a strong sense of ownership
International and cultural sensitive
Knowledge of the computer system SAP/APO
Proactive and assertive attitude
Team player who is service and result oriented
Planning and organizing skills
Accurate and disciplined / capable of dealing with stress and deadlines.
