As a BRM you will report to GM Sales and lead team in the field

You have to plan, direct, and monitor sales activities and business process in determined areas to achieve targeted sales volume and ensure compliance in company’s sales policies


Coverage area:

BRM Central Sumatera: all Riau Island, Pekanbaru, Batam and West Sumatera (based Pekanbaru)

What will your job look like?

  1. Sales Objective
  • Target Achievement. Responsible in achieving sales target in determined areas.
  • Sales Strategy. Plan key sales strategy to ensure sales volume target are achieved.
  • Manpower Strategy. Plan and calculate man power planning allocation to ensure resource allocation are enough in achieving the sales objective.
  • Productivity Parameter. Provide plan & strategy guideline to ensure all productivity parameter are achieved.
  • Business Process Compliance. Provide plan & strategy monitoring to ensure all sales business process are comply with company’s rule
  1. Key Account/Ambassador
  • Distributor & Account Management. Responsible in driving distributor and account to achieve the sales target and aligned with company policy.
  • Maintain relationship. Build and maintain relationship with all channel distribution sales (distributor & account) to ensure sustain and smooth relationship with account
  • Complain and problem handling. Handle complain or escalated problem (eg. problem exposed by mass media) to ensure all complain and problem are solved
  1. Liaise with Internal Team in operational level
  • Communication. Provide socialization strategy and media related policies/SOP changes (eg. headcount movement, new company’s strategy) to ensure all team member understand well
  • Feedback Channel. Provide channel and mechanism to get a comprehensive down-top feedback from team member/external parties
  1. People Development
  • Coaching & Monitoring. Responsible in coaching & monitoring process (through sales force effectiveness & sales training) to ensure all team member are develop well
  • Personal Attribute. Engage and support personal growth to team member to maintain their motivation and accelerate the company’s goal
  1. Budget. Responsible to plan, maintain and monitor sales operational budget to ensure usage availability and cost saving


  • Bachelor degree, any major
  • Has minimum 5 years’ experience as Sales Manager in reputable FMCG company with multi distributor approach
  • Able to work with deadline and target
  • Depth understanding of Indonesia Market, competition, culture and area.
  • Good leadership skill (Coaching, Mentoring, Motivate other, Setting goal, influence and drive for results)
  • Depth knowledge of channel distribution and logistic
  • Strong negotiations skills to resolve issues/conflicts in a “win-win” manner
  • Have strong customer focus and ability to build credible relationships internally and externally at all levels
  • Ability to understand the data management and data analytics
  • Agile, high drive and flawless execution oriented
  • Good command in English both written and verbal
  • Willing to be based in Pekanbaru
