Departmental information:

FrieslandCampina’s business is supported by Corporate IT. Within Corporate IT there is the GS&S team (Global Solutions & Services). This GS&S organization is responsible for all infrastructure related activities as well as application development and maintenance.

The platforms are end-to-end responsible for the services in a domain. This means that a platforms is responsible for the full stack from hardware infrastructure to application. And for this stack the platforms is responsible for delivery according to SLA, continuous improvement and enhancements. The platform services consist of components delivered by the own team, by external partners either directly or via the Vendor, Contract management team. The Global Workplace Solution & Services takes care of the delivery of End User Services.


Function specific challenges:

  • He/she has to keep him/herself up to date on business and IT projects to be able to get the big picture at FrieslandCampina level
  • He/she has to keep him/herself up to date on IT industry status and evolution and detailed knowledge of the IT Strategic Suppliers
  • Implement Contract Lifecycle Management, where demands matches the delivered services of today, but also of tomorrow.
  • Setup, implement and maintain Contracts and Service Level Agreements together with Service Delivery Management for the outsourced end user computing domain.
  • Setup, Implement and maintain Financial Management and Cost distribution principles for the EUC domain.


To be a successful in this position, you are/have:

  • Knowledge of- and experience with IT Vendor & Contract Management (Legal knowledge)
  • Knowledge of End User Computing, Service Desk, SaaS and cloud contracts in particular.
  • Knowledge in market development in these area(s)
  • Good and broad understanding of IT services
  • Good financial insight
  • Experience with both Customer and Vendor relationship management
  • Good common sense understanding of specific business needs & operational requirements
  • Knowledge of general dependencies in IT Business processing within food production companies
  • Relationship management in combination with negotiation skills
