In this position, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Identify potential teashops; understand taste profile as well as the objections and constraints of the Teashop Owners and Tea Masters
  • Build relationships with teashop owners and tea masters
  • Convert potential teashops to FCM brands. Lead conversion process (tea pairing, tasting), loyalty program discussions, contracts and closing
  • Foster relationships with converted shops, ensure DT supply follow up and address complaints/issues. Bring market insights to channel team
  • Provide high DT service level at all time

Requirements

To be a successful in this position, you are/have:

  • High school diploma certified Experience in sales/market, Food Service Sales Development
  • Experience in hospitality F&B service OR other F&B service, FMCG & tobacco  
  • Good coomunication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong selling  skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Pleasant personality , fun loving , energetic, outgoing
  • Customer service oriented
  • Basic understanding of business model and profit building
  • Ability/willingness to go the extra miles
