Kurze Stellenbeschreibung

You will be a member of the Global Sales and Operation planning (S&OP) team and reporting to the S&OP lead in Amersfoort. Your role is located in the PTO ASIA team in Petaling Jaya lead by the Director PTO ASIA.

 

Your role will be multi-dimensional. From a solid knowledge base you generate value in the organization by driving development, continuous improvement, deployment and embedding & anchoring fit-for-purpose but harmonized solutions to the business. This means you are working in a true international environment where you interact with people from different cultures and in addition are able to oversee the whole chain and network organization.

  • Realize value through deployment of the Global SAP template, new business development projects and other large transformation projects in our Opco’s
  • Driving roadmap template developments in close co-operation with the Business Process Owners (BPO), bringing S&OP processes to maturity and best in class levels, based on benchmarked, outside-in approach
  • Execute continuous improvement initiatives driving template optimization and adoption in close cooperation with our Opco’s

Support Opco’s in embedding & anchoring the template processes and improvements in their daily operation

Stellenbeschreibung

Your accountabilities and responsibilities within a highly dynamic and complex environment are:

  •  In deployment projects, validate the Global SAP solution against local business requirements and processes and assess whether this results in a change in the way of working for the organization
  • During project realization, assure the template solution will fit business requirements and even more important, you will test & qualify the solution and manage the associated changes together with local business colleagues. All aimed to ensure a successful business go-live
  • Embedding the global ways of working is essential. You will ensure the embedding of the change by providing training, documentation and change management. You will focus on the increase of the effective usage of the APO planning tool by OpCo’s
  • Value creation for OpCo’s and BG by leading/supporting the deployment of regional improvement projects like Secondary Sales in APO planning, IBP-OBP our global business planning way of working, linking Trade Promotion Management tools with APO planning
  • Support Opco’s with their change management, process improvement and aim for a standardized, efficient and effective process. Work in good cooperation with your VCS and IT colleagues on integration topics with other process streams.
  • You will be the PTO ASIA first point of contact for one the ASIA OpCo’s
  • Share good practices and learnings from within FrieslandCampina by leading the Regional Key User and BPO network in ASIA for S&OP.
  • Be the voice of the ASIA region in the global S&OP process meetings. Bridge ASIA requirements to the global S&OP development team in Amersfoort

 

Requirements

  • Master degree
  • 8 to 10 years of relevant functional and business experience in Sales and Operations Planning
  • Conceptual and content knowledge of relevant business processes
  • Business experience in Demand Planning and Supply Network Planning
  • Solid knowledge of and relevant experience with SAP (APO is a must have, IBP is a pre)
  • Ability to understand business processes in detail and to create practical/efficient process designs, including requirements gathering, analysis and documentation
  • Strong communication, business transformation and change management skills
  • Strong advisory (consultancy) and interpersonal skills, able to motivate and engage others
  • Ability to be hands on with key users and advisor to company management
  • Project management skills and preferably experience with Lean/Six Sigma
  • Excellence in execution, problem solving and result oriented skills
  • Internationally focused, good understanding sub processes cross Business Groups, especially of the Asian region
  • Willingness to travel (about 25%). Profound Asia business experience is prefarable
  • Professional communication skills in English, writing and verbal.
