For DOMO we are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Controller with a continuous improvement mindset.In this role you will report to the Finance Director DOMO.


DOMO develops, produces and sells worldwide high value ingredients and base powders for infant nutrition. The product portfolio of DOMO ranges from Infant base powders and finished products for B2C (Consumer Products Asia/China) and B2B (Third party) and Infant nutrition ingredients like Lactose, GOS and D90


Job Description

  • Leading pricing management, supporting sales competitively win and keep customers at the best possible margins;
  • Be a negotiation sparring and support partner for sales;
  • Further optimization of the process of costing and price setting and quotation procedures;
  • Development of monitoring tools and reports for result tracking;
  • Actively participate in large deals;
  • Close cooperation with (corporate) procurement, marketing and sales to reach the optimal pricing approach;
  • Develops procedures and monitoring tools and reports for the value pricing program for proper embedment;
  • Ensures the execution of optimal price setting of products and services;
  • Ensures the implementation of consistent value extraction at Sales;
  • Optimizes the pricing cycle;
  • Contract monitoring and contract position improvement, including managing value-at-risk;
  • Supports the organization in building its pricing capabilities

  • Master degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field with minimum 6 years of (strategic) consulting, (commercial) controlling working experience preferably in a commercially and manufacturing driven organization;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Highly commercially sensitive and affinity with margin management;
  • A genuine interest in pricing theory and willingness to understand and develop pricing concepts;
  • Proactive & effective influencing and communication skills to engage in complex business decision making;
  • Highly analytical and good commercial/business acumen;
  • Capability to challenge commercial assumptions and to address deviations from plan and drive corrective actions;
  • Able to work in matrix organization;
  • Strong social and project management skills;
  • Analytical, Business sense, result driven, enthusiastic, go getter, drive change, can do attitude with a continuous improvement mindset.
