The Process Transformation Office (PTO) is a dynamic organization consisting of approx. 120 people that have deep understanding of all key business processes in FrieslandCampina. They are experts in working with change management and transformation approaches to implement business-driven process innovations. The PTO works very closely with business and functional leadership to develop and implement roadmaps towards benchmarked, world class process excellence. That means PTO plays a central role in the journey of FrieslandCampina towards its strategic objectives.

Job description

FrieslandCampina is looking for a Business Analyst PLM within the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) process team of its Process Transformation Office (PTO).

 
•In this role you are responsible to support functional process excellence based on best practices across FrieslandCampina worldwide. You will be part of the global implementation team that rolls out the SAP PLM solution.
•You know how to translate business requirements and process designs into PLM solutions.
•You will work with other business analysts and functional consultants, as well as business process owners, on a variety of business improvement projects, often to tight deadlines.
•You will make the most of your consultancy and communication skills with Business Process Owners / key users.
•You will assist in roll-out preparations (data cleansing, cut-over planning) and assist in go-live and after-care
•You will to define continuous improvement solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategies and priorities, as well as the target benefits expected.

Requirements

To be a successful in this position, you are/have:
•BSc/MSc in Information and Communication Technology or in Business Administration
•Min. 3 years’ experience in process analysis and optimization, requirements analysis and design or min. 3 years’ experience with PLM processes specification & recipe management.
•Customer focus, analytical, pro-active and always working towards a solution.
•Ability to maintain good relationships with internal stakeholders (management, key users and end users) and external stakeholders (external peers / specialists, service providers, suppliers)
•You are a good team player with strong planning and organizational skills.
•Willingness to travel in the Netherlands and occasionally abroad
•Fluency in English
•Experiences in the FMCG industry
