Short description

In this senior rol you will support the IMF MAKE organization and BGI SC MT in managing/controlling the IFT cluster. 


You are responsible for operations controlling, you act as a Finance Business Partner, give support to the MAKE organisation and are member of the FCI Supply Chain team. 



Operations controlling

  • Responsible for the set-up and implementation and improvement of the finance / controlling function within IMF site/HUB
  • Responsible for the monthly financial drumbeat process (including monthly close, budget control MBR cycles, other internal reporting e.g. WCOM) – aligned with internal RFC/FCI finance standards
  • Responsible for yearly financial drumbeat process – RF / Budget processes in line with RFC/FCI standards
  • Accountable/Responsible for (financial) processes on WCOM program (e.g. savings tracking, business cases, local steering group member)
  • Control on financial translation of production and logistical processes

PMT (+ Future: HUB MT member) –  Finance Business Partner

  • PMT Member Finance for the Beilen production site – Key plant in the RFC network for IMF
  • Support IFM HUB management as Finance member
  • Finance lead in S&OP for IFT HUB
  • Co-pilot for Make Director IMF
  • Finance member of the HUB portfolio meetings for strategic project/portfolio decision making
  • Providing stakeholders (e.g. FCI SC MT, GtM markets etc) with adequate/accurate financial data in order to be able to make proper business decisions
  • Responsible as head of finance/controlling to further development of finance discipline in IMF site/HUB
  • Accountable/responsible for (strategic) projects within site/HUB

MAKE organization support

  • Ensure adequate KPI system (and tracking)
  • Organize primary (financial) processes (financial administration) in cooperation with FSSC
  • Providing business case support for projects
  • Lead the finance discipline within site/Make HUB
  • Support in ad hoc processes (SAAB’s / RCA’s / business projects)
  • Support / accountable in multiple year processes (WCOM 3 year plan etc)

Finance team FCI SC

  • Member of FCI SC finance team
  • Responsible/support in (multiple) year finance projects (e.g. Summit)
  • Support in defining (multiple) year plans for FCI SC (e.g. Strategy development)
  • Business complexity:
  • Complex production sites with high safety / quality demands; responsible for providing RFC internal clients as well as B2B clients with IMF products
  • IMF in ‘heart’ of strategy direction of RFC
  • Large nr of stakeholders on various locations and levels within the organization (e.g. FCI SC MT, GtM FD’s, Specialized Nutrition (senior) management, Corporate stakeholders (e.g. Corporate Supply Chain, procurement)
  • Factory / Factories in network responsible for high % of profit RFC
  • Demanding and quickly changing internal/external environment including high exposure business (build on ‘trust’ of brand(s))
  • Deliveries of products on a worldwide scale


  • Master degree, preferably in business administration, economics or finance followed by a CPA or controlling degree
  • Minimum 5-8 years relevant working experience in Finance/Controlling
  • Production company experience
  • Experience in project controlling
  • Experience with Continuous Improvement
  • Knowledge/insight in office automation (Office etc)
  • Knowledge of diverse production related automation systems (SAP, Ultimo etc)
