  • Support the customer service team in optimizing the business (sample arrangement, follow-up quotation & overdue, order management, sales & marketing activities, etc)
  • Deal as 1st point of contact on daily operational matters (i.e. inquiries, complaints). Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle support and service inquiries
  • Supporting roles in achieving annual sales budget
  • Support processing the customers forecast in order to achieve high level of accuracy
  • Cooperate closely with relevant departments (i.e. Order Fulfillment Officers, Demand Planner, QA, R&D and Supply Chain.)


  • Academic working-and thinking level and strong analytical skills
  • Fluent in English, both oral and in writing , preferably also Dutch speaking
  • Excellent communication skills and International and cultural sensitive
  • A team player with the ability to manage a complex set of relations both in- and externally
  • A creative thinker with a pragmatic mindset , solution oriented and a strong can do mentality
  • Proactive and assertive attitude combined with excellent planning and organizing skills
  • The ability to create focus and overview in a complex and high demanding environment
  • Accurate, disciplined and capable of dealing with stress and deadlines
  • The maturity to stay calm and professional in all circumstances
