In this role you have the opportunity to be an essential part of one of the biggest plants of FrieslandCampina: FrieslandCampina Domo Beilen. We are proud to say that we are one of the world leaders in the development and production of ingredients and infant nutrition. Stellenbeschreibung

Purpose of the Job

  • The HR Manager’s prime purpose is to support the business through the excellent execution of talent, change and engagement interventions
  • The HR Manager supports the line managers and employees directly on relevant questions and interventions that are outside the scope of the Global HR Centre
  • The HR Manager works closely with the Global HR Centre to align on transactional goals and methodology

 

Purpose & Pride

  • Support line management in creating high-performance teams by bringing right people on the right place and make sure line management are leveraging HR Centre and HRS processes to their full potential
  • Support engagement activities
  • Act as the coordinator of the employee satisfaction survey (Over2you) and other surveys (i.e. pulse surveys), ensuring excellent deployment and strong communications
  • Run reports from surveys for business partners and line managers that help to gain better insights to the outcomes
  • Steer on development of improvement plans by line managers and be a mirror for line managers in order to improve an engaging leadership style

  • Setting up the local training calendar: integrate global programmes and all e-learnings into an annual schedule
  • Support to create a learning & development culture
  • Ensure development and training of all employees based on their needs and requirements of the company, including mandatory trainings in accordance with Global standards 

Organised for success

  • Liaise effectively with the Global CoE and HR Services to ensure accuracy of data in HoRizon, and extract insights from data to support the HR population
  • Enable local change programmes & projects
  • Creates and analyse data on effectiveness: rightsizing, delayering, spans of control, FTE management and bring in line with company standards
  • Support local change initiatives and ensure required work council processes locally

 

 

Performance through people

Support the execution of the talent strategy:

  • Run the talent management cycle, ensuring application of all HR tools and processes in a compliant and timely manner (e.g. calibration sessions and updating and consolidation of succession plans)
  • Support the collection, collation and reporting of talent data. Work closely with the HR Operations team to align and fix on data integrity gaps.
  • Run process to ensure vacancy forecasts and define recruitment needs for own business area

 

Inspirational leadership

  • Be the HR co-pilot for the line manager(s), supporting them locally on people and organisation related challenges
  • Coach and mirror local line managers on creating the required win-win culture

Contribute fully and proactively to the HR function:

  • Contribution to the creation of FrieslandCampina HR policies, processes and procedures when consulted, and share feedback in the spirit of continuous improvement
  • Contribution to dialogue and community groups to share best practices
  • Build and monitor local dashboards to maintain progress on key deliverables
  • Contribution to the local communication calendar, including engagement activities and regular updates (townhalls and letters)

 

Knowledge and experience

  • Degree qualified
  • Fluent in English
  • More than 5 years in relevant HR position with demonstrated record of achievements
  • Good understanding of the HR environment and local HR practices
