For FrieslandCampina IT solutions we are looking for an IT business analyst HR delivers IT and integration services to both global and local HR clients and HR platforms’ end users.
This is a technical expert role serving and advising the HR client. Therefore you need to have the ability to challenge the HR clients and 3rd parties in their business needs and solutions.
As an HR IT business analyst you should be able to monitor and manage technical teams, to ensure IT delivers predictable services in terms of quality and cost control.
In this role you will actively search for improvements in current set-up and architecture, and you are the custodian for implementations and integrations from technical perspective.
Relevant areas of expertise cover:
– existing HR specific applications (amongst others; SuccessFactors and DellBoomi);
– application hosting;
– integrations and ITIL best practices.

The IT Global HR Services team is responsible for a broad portfolio of IT applications and integrations facilitating HR operations and processes as well as specialized HR activities. The team delivers supporting services to the Global HR integrations team and HR Services. IT HR Services also delivers services to end-users directly or indirectly involved in the vast array of HR processes that have been automated, or made more convenient with IT platforms. The role is global in scope.
To be a successful in this position, you are/have:
- A Bachelor or Master degree;
- Able to translate functional designs into technical deliverables, perform analysis to support system change management process;
- Able to engage with (remote) stakeholders and build trust relationships with key user communities;
- Knowledge of HR processes and systems;
- Pro-active with strong communication skills;
- Always looking for innovation and efficiency;
- Self starter;
- Fluency in English.
