Digital Business Analyst – Foodservice Netherlands

 

As a Digital Business Analyst within FrieslandCampina, you will work for one of the biggest dairy companies in the world. Foodservice is one of the operation companies within FrieslandCampina and supports all the markets where our premium dairy brands ‘Debic’ and ‘Lattiz’ are sold.

 

You will work in the Global Digital Team where you are responsible for analyzing multiple data sources and the reporting of business insights. After analyzing you will translate the insights into actual business tactics in order to grow our volume, EBIT and Customer loyalty. Your goal is to achieve sustainable volume growth of the product portfolio. You actively participate in different projects, for example identifying new areas of data driven opportunities. In this position you will work closely with the rest of the Global Digital Team (existing of Data analysts, CRM and digital marketeers), the local Marketing & Sales team (starting with NL) and the Global Finance Team.

Stellenbeschreibung

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Provide data-driven guidance to local Field Sales/ marketing teams in planning visits, in strategy between Key accounts and smaller customers;
  • Provide data-driven target group segmentation and selection for marketing automation and campaign purposes;
  • Conduct search & navigation ranking analysis on the online platforms of key wholesalers and provide optimization advice;
  • Uncover product content optimizations and align with local Marketing team;
  • Provide guidance for Trade Account Managers in establishing campaign KPI’s with wholesalers, monitor and evaluate KPI results;
  • Connect Sales, (Digital) Marketing, CRM and Analytics teams by creating joint objectives based on data;
  • Generate insights to create data-driven O2O (offline to online) customer journeys;
  • Work together with Consumer Dairy Business Group data team to improve analysis and reporting functionalities.
  • Ensure business decisions are made based on data;
  • Present analysis and strategic recommendations in a clear and accessible way.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (with a background in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics or related field);
  • The minimum of 5-8 years of experience in data analysis (experience is a digital environment is preferable);
  • Excellent communicative skills, empathy and flexibility;
  • Advanced in speaking the English language;
  • Sensitive to organizational needs and maturity level (pragmatic and effective);
  • Innovative thinker, excited by challenges and new ideas;
  • Outstanding project management skills to ensure tight deadlines;
