Customer Finance Manager

Stellenbeschreibung

Reporting to the Finance Director and work in matrix with the Sales team you will be responsible for:

  • Customer profitability & performance management
  • Monitoring pricing execution & manage spend accruals
  • Internal Control Framework assessment customer area
  • DSO & overdue management
  • Portfolio & pricing optimization
  • Promotional Effectiveness optimization
  • Educate & coaching partner teams to improve financial skills and confidence

You may be the ideal candidate if you possess the following skills/knowledge:

  • Relevant BSc/MSc degree
  • At least 5 years of experience as Business Analysts/Controller, preferably in multinational manufacturing environment
  • Operational knowledge on finance ops, incl. understanding financial processes & flows
  • Local GAAP and IFRS understanding
  • Understand P&L, Balance sheet, cash flow
  • Fluent Hungarian & English knowledge
  • IT proficiency (Excel/PPT/ SAP reporting and analytics)
  • Business acumen – understanding business models
  • Translate business strategy into finance strategy and vice versa
  • Consumer & customer oriented
  • Curious/inquisitive, perseverance in driving value, collaboration
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Action & result driven and oriented
