Principle Accountabilities:

  • Provide input to the Global & Local Category Strategy development process
  • Contribute to the development of Shopper Insights and involve in the integration and application of Shopper Insights into customer plans
  • Succesful completion of the integrated planning process delivering rolling process 18 months commercial plan
  • Commercialise the go-to-market proposition for all new category specific initiatives by translating it into a Channel/Customer specific conceptual sell based on Channel/Customer specific Shopper Insights
  • Conduct evaluation on promotions
  • Conduct quarterly review process and evaluate the effectiveness of the Company investment in the assigned category, channel and customer
  • Monitor and follow up the execution of channel category plan progression (KPIs)
  • Successfully implement Shopper Marketing plan
  • Succesfully execution of local brand activations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree (preferably in Business or Marketing)
  • 3-5 years of experience, 2 years in similar capacity in FMCG or similar category
  • Proficient in Shopper Insights
  • Sounds Shopper and channel understanding
  • Proven track record in Shopper & Channel activation execution
  • Working knowledge in sales performance management, distribution and management, Route to Market Strategy, Key Customer strategy, Channel & POP strategy
